QSR in the Conference "Future skills for Europe`s Aerospace and Defence industry"

On 21-22 October happened in Rzeszow, Poland, a conference on the future of Europe’s aerospace and defence industry, organized by the European Commission’s Directorate-General for Defence Industry and Space, Rzeszow University of Technology and the Aviation Valley Association. This event explored the challenges and opportunities for cross-border collaboration for skills providers, European policies supporting skills development, and future industry needs. QSR was invited to present the theme “Upskilling and Reskilling policies in companies’ business and technological strategy”, which defended the importance of the human capital strategy in the business development of a company.
